Production Time

All products are made to order. Production typically takes 5–10 business days after your artwork has been approved.

Production times may vary during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the carrier selected at checkout.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Eventpreneur is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.
