Because all Eventpreneur products are custom made specifically for your business, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom printed apparel.
Order Approval
Customers are responsible for uploading the correct artwork and verifying all order details before submitting their order.
If we notice an issue with your artwork, we may contact you before production begins.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A description of the issue
If the issue was caused by our production process, we will replace the affected item(s) at no additional cost.
Order Changes
Order changes or cancellations can only be made before production begins.
Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
